Who I Am
Who I Am
For me, photography has always been pure snapshot.
Even as a child, I was always attracted to the sound of the shutter and wondered how, in a split second, you could stop a moment, a flash of life, to emphasize a gesture, an action or a color.
My father, who was also a photography enthusiast, took me with him in his old Renault 4 around Tuscany, and already at the age of 5 I enjoyed taking pictures with his very old camera of everything that caught my eye.
I have been trying continuously ever since, collecting countless black-and-white and color films, until on my 18th birthday my brother gave me my first camera, a Canon T1.
From that moment, my passion also became research.
